Inizio is made up of different divisions and entities including but not limited to Advisory (Putnam, STEM, Vynamic), Medical (Ashfield, apothecom, Nucleus Global, MEDiSTRAVA), Marcomms (evoke), Engage (Ashfield, Propensity4, Nuvera, TCEG) and Biotech. This privacy policy is issued on behalf of the Inizio Group, so when we mention “Inizio” “we,” “us,” or “our” in this privacy policy, we are referring to the relevant company in the Inizio Group responsible for processing your data.
Data Processor
Inizio also conducts data processing activities on behalf of its clients who will normally be the data controller for such activities. Where Inizio is a data processor, we may only process personal data in accordance with the controller’s documented instructions as set out in a data processing agreement or contractual arrangements.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. By ‘your personal data’ we mean any information about you, that you or third parties provide to us. This privacy notice will inform you as to how we look after your personal data and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

3 THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

INIZIO is a global company and we may share your personal information with other members of the group. The nature of our business, operations and services requires us to transfer your information (from time to time) to our associated offices and/or group companies. We may transfer the information we collect about you to countries other than your home country or other than the country in which the information is originally collected. Your personal information maybe accessible by our other offices internationally. We will take appropriate steps to ensure that your information is protected and handled in accordance with the legal requirements and as described in this Privacy Notice.

This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. Time limit to respond
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
